All of our pool tables feature 1" thick slate playing surfaces that are cut and honed into three piece matched sets. Only billiard table slate thicknesses of 1" or greater are guarateed by the mines not to warp over time. All ProLine tables have ProLine SPEED CUSHIONS molded to a BCA approved K-66 profile. Along with the pool table slate, the rubber cushions are a very important factor in how the ball reacts. The cushions are attached to the rails which are attached directly to the slate with 3/8" T-nuts. T-nuts work better than floating nut plates because they have twice as much thread to screw the bolt into and eliminate any voids behind the rubber. All ProLine billiard tables meet or exceed BCA specifications for pool tables used in tournament play. |
